Business Unit Manager Peripheral Line


Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

1. Develop and execute business unit strategies aligned with the companys overall vision and

objectives.

2. Identify market opportunities and design strategies to maximize market share and revenue

growth.

Sales & Marketing:

1. Oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing plans to achieve sales

targets.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and KOLs.

3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies.

Team Development & Coaching:

1. Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operations

professionals.

2. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment to balance performance and address skill

gaps within the team.

3. Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and develop tailored training programs to

enhance team capabilities.

Financial & Operational Management:

1. Prepare and manage the business units budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

2. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost management.
3. Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to minimize expired inventory,
optimize stock levels, and improve demand planning accuracy.
Inventory & Demand Planning:
1. Develop and implement processes to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
2. Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and work closely with the supply chain team to
ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
Compliance & Quality:
1. Ensure all activities comply with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
2. Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to maintain high standards of
product quality and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
1. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, healthcare
providers, and business partners.
