Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to develop impactful concepts and execute them flawlessly.
  • Oversee the design process from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Develop and present creative proposals to clients, effectively communicating ideas and rationale.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance team capabilities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining deadlines and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATION

  • 6+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, such as Art Director or Senior Designer.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, including branding, campaigns, and multimedia content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • A proactive mindset, confidence in taking ownership of projects, and a collaborative approach.
  • Comfort with managing a high volume of work under tight deadlines.
  • Openness to flexible working, including occasional weekend work when required.
