Responsibilities:

          • Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
            • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
            • Provide feedback to the sales team and management for strategic decision-making.
              • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression.
              • Generate regular reports for sales management.
                • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize the sales process.
                • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
                  • Provide post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
