- Record the minutes of meetings and follow up concluded actions to be taken
- Update the Organization Chart monthly
- Revise/Submit the POs for the release & signature of HOF
- Act as the point of contact for the Finance requests with the other support functions
- Responsible of stationary in terms of items' selection & stock
- Responsible for expenses' claims
- Support in the hiring process ( Scheduling interviews)
- Consolidation & analysis of data (when requested)
- Track the Finance Management Business Time Plans
These are the key requirements and qualifications for the role:
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing executive calendars and scheduling across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in coordinating document flow and ensuring timely signatures.
- Ability to act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably in a finance environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
