Job Description:

  • Perform quality assessment measures of all the items ready to be dispatched and the incoming materials.
  • Examine the plans, blueprints, and specifications thoroughly to understand the product needs.
  • Reject all the components that fail to meet quality expectations and report the problem to the concerned division quickly.
  • Solving quality-related problems and adhering to deadlines.
  • Make documentation of the inspection procedure, which contains performance records and a detailed report.
  • Presenting training to the quality assurance team.
  • Create an effective design protocol that can be used across all domains.
  • Recommend improvement measures so that the production process meets the established quality standards.
  • Help out the production team with the quality control problems to improve the product standards.
  • Evaluate the production phase at different levels.
  • also monitor customer satisfaction levels.
