Junior Sales Agent Salesforce


Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Junior Sales Agent is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales of

our cloud-based software and services to small and medium-sized businesses. The ideal

candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

and the ability to quickly learn our product suite and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect for new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking, and lead

generation activities

Qualify prospective customers to understand their business needs and challenges

Demonstrate the features and benefits of our cloud-based solutions to generate interest

and secure meetings

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos

Negotiate contract terms and close sales

Provide excellent customer service and be a trusted advisor to clients

Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support each other's sales

efforts

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the

technology/SaaS industry

Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts to non-technical buyers

Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and web-based collaboration tools

Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience selling cloud-based software or IT services

Familiarity with common cloud computing technologies and platforms

Existing network of contacts in the small/medium business community
