Service Account Representative


Job Description:

As a Service Account representative, you will be part of the customer service and design team, and work closely with the Services Account Managers and Services Key Account Managers. It will be an exciting work environment and get the opportunity to work with a wide range of products and ensure excellence in customer service. You will be handling the regions of Egypt, Libya, and Sudan. A big part of your day will be to execute administrative activities in your own area of responsibility, delivering high-quality service to the relevant stakeholders. Will be the responsible person for aligning between operations in the distribution centers, logistics, customs activities (if needed), and warehouses. Will be monitoring the stock levels for the warehouses and managing them along with the audit activities on these warehouses. Check contracts and conditions, making sure that we comply with pipeline sales and report how are we doing in terms of margins, cost, and sales.

Job Tasks:

Work with orders and order coordination of relevant parts, tools, services, and materials

Execute relevant purchasing and invoicing activities and participate in strong collaboration between service administration teams to provide continuously effective administration and effective backup solutions

Participate in the consistent application of global standards, processes, and local and legal requirements for service administration

Support the sales team and the customer by setting the proper planning for the service events to run smoothly

Be able to build your sales and customer service skills


Job requirements:

  • Supply Chain experience (planning and product allocation)
  • Experience in stocks and inventory management
  • 3-5 years of Experience
  • Excellent up to Fluent English
  • V.Good - Excellent / Microsoft Excel
  • V.Good - Power BI
  • ERP - SAP
  • Easy to learn new tools
  • Flexible to travel in Egypt
  • Car Required
