Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and tenants
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and other tactics
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients on market trends, pricing, and property features
- Negotiate and close property sales and rental agreements
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including preparing contracts, coordinating with attorneys, and ensuring a smooth transaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations that may impact the real estate market
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and targets
- Mentor and train junior consultants to help them achieve their full potential
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in real estate ( at least 1-year experience in New Cairo developer or a big name brokerage )
- Presentable
- Excellent accent in English
- Owns a car is a must
