Audit Unit Manager


Job Description:

Job Purpose:

  • Carry out the audit work on all licensed trust services providers (TSPs).

Job Accountabilities:

  • Prepare monthly audit plan, including all TSPs and their registration offices.
  • Ensure that all TSPs adhere to the terms and conditions of license contract.
  • Coordinate across ITIDA departments to form required audit team needed to perform all types of audits.
  • Prepare audit reports and share with department manager.
  • Follow-up on the implementation of the findings/recommendations included in audit reports.
  • Escalate trust service providers unresolved findings to department manager.
  • Participate in awareness campaigns through effective contribution to seminars, conferences and training workshops related to licensed trust services.
  • Achieve the annual KPIs of the department.
  • Report accurate information about all audit types and findings/recommendations status.
  • Develop the audit unit's training plan in accordance with ITIDAs strategic objectives.
  • Acting as Licensing Department Manager delegate.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Certified for ISO27001 auditor.

Required Experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience, 5 of which in relevant audit experience.
  • Full proficiency in different audit and reporting techniques.
  • Ability to create clear and detailed audit and statistical reports.

  • Critical thinking and judgement skills.

  • Ability to lead, develop and motivate team.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams>
