Responsibilities: -

  • Desktop and Laptop support for OS, software, and Hardware.
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
  • Perform periodic hardware & software checks to ensure that they are functioning properly.
  • Setup the offices for the new clients.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support.

Requirements and Skills: -

  • Problem solving.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office.
  • Familiar with MCSA.
  • Familiar with CCNA.
  • Excellent communication skills
