Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor production activities and make adjustments as needed to meet production targets
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise during production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve any production-related issues
- Analyze data and make recommendations for improvements in production processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies to continuously improve production processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in Fruits & Vegetables processing (Frozing Not Fresh).
- Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office Suite
