Export Specialist of North American


Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the export process, including documentation, compliance, and logistics

- Ensure timely and accurate shipment of products to international customers

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners

- Monitor and analyze market trends and identify potential new markets for export

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient export operations

- Stay up-to-date with export regulations and compliance requirements

- Prepare and submit required export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin

- Work closely with freight forwarders and carriers to negotiate rates and ensure timely delivery of shipments

- Provide excellent customer service to international clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner

- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and prepare reports as needed

- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's products and services

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline export operations and increase efficiency

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations.

- Excellent in English.

- Excellent in French.

- Strong knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with export software systems

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
