Job Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing a strategic and operational plan for the department, developing performance indicators for work, and working to achieve them
- Monitoring administrative processes such as planning, budget preparation, reports, and service delivery, as well as monitoring, evaluating, and improving them.
- Managing the organizational units of the department, monitoring their performance, and preparing reports to prevent duplication of goals and tasks
- Strengthen relations with external partners to establish strategic partnerships
- Developing and motivating internal partners and managing change to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leading, directing, reviewing, and approving work procedures and methods, performance indicators, and the quality of management operations, and developing the necessary proposals to improve work, and submitting them to senior management for approval and action.
- Analysing supply chain data and performance
- Maintaining inventory
- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)
- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
