Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell our products/services to potential clients
- Reach or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to improve sales performance
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Keep accurate records of sales, customer information, and activity reports
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
