Customer Support / Virtual Assistant


Job Description:

Who are we looking for?
A self-driven, conscientious A-player excited to work in a start-up environment who is eager to learn at a fast pace. Previous entrepreneurial endeavours or relevant VA/Customer support experience is a big plus but not necessary.

What is the Job description
-Providing outstanding customer service, handling inquiries, tracking orders, issuing invoices and refunds as required
-Ensuring all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally daily.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and positive customer experiences across all channels.
-Handle escalated customer service issues and provide resolutions to complex problems.
-Participate in the development of strategic plans for customer service and customer experience initiatives.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and address non-compliance among team members.

-Other admin miscellaneous tasks that come up
