Master's degree in Infrastructure / Engineering – Preferred
Strong experience in utilities and infrastructure design review and site supervision within PMC/Consultant roles
Extensive relevant experience may substitute postgraduate studies

PMP – Preferred
Professional Engineering License – Advantage
QA/QC Certification – Preferred
