Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Act as a point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries, requests, and basic issue resolution.

Support the Sales Manager in identifying and approaching new customers in cement, building

materials, and industrial packaging.

Sales & Business Development

Execute sales activities in line with the sales strategies set by the Sales Manager.

Achieve assigned sales targets for volume, revenue, and margins.

Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the Sales Manager.

Support in negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and contracts within approved limits.

Order Management & Coordination

Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order

processing.

Track customer orders and delivery performance, escalating issues where needed.

Follow up with Finance to support receivables collection.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare weekly sales activity reports, highlighting customer visits, order status, and pipeline

updates.

Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, delivery performance, and customer complaints, proposing

improvements to the Sales Manager.

Systems & Teamwork

Use ERP/SAP systems for order entry, invoicing, and customer records.

Maintain accurate data in sales reports and CRM tools.

Work closely with the Sales Manager and colleagues across Sales, Production, and Finance to meet

company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

35 years of proven sales experience, ideally in packaging, cement, or building materials.

Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
