Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy in collaboration with internal departments and clients to meet business talent needs.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: creating job descriptions, posting advertisements, screening CVs, conducting interviews, selection, offers, and onboarding.
Lead and develop the recruitment/sourcing team, and guide specialized teams where applicable (profiling, CV screening, technical interviews).
Build strategic partnerships with agencies and professional networks to enhance sourcing channels.
Manage applicant tracking systems and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, providing regular reports to management.
Design and improve assessment and selection procedures, ensuring alignment with job requirements and quality standards.
Promote and implement diversity and inclusion policies across all recruitment processes.
Ensure full compliance with local and international labor and HR regulations.
Enhance the candidate experience from application to hiring, including reducing time-to-hire and improving acceptance rates.
Coordinate with department managers to define hiring needs, budgets, and timelines.
Manage offers and negotiate with final candidates, ensuring a positive hiring experience.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, including 2 to 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Hands-on experience with HR management systems, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of local and international employment laws and guidelines, as well as diversity and inclusion principles.
Experience in budgeting and managing recruitment costs.
