Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Source and attract top talent using multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, databases, social media).
Conduct candidate assessments and shortlisting based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and urgent roles.
Deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Support internal departments by fulfilling their hiring needs in a timely manner.
Work directly with external clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver qualified profiles.
Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics for management.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and recruitment standards.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree.
Minimum 3 years of proven recruitment experience.
Excellent up to fluent English (spoken & written).
Experience in dealing with recruitment systems/ATS is preferred.
Previous experience in Agencies or BPOs is strongly preferred.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
