Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns for car rental services across digital platforms (Google Ads, social media platforms, etc.).
- Prepare marketing content for posts, advertisements, and promotional offers.
- Manage the companys social media accounts and engage with followers.
- Coordinate with designers and developers to produce attractive marketing materials.
- Prepare periodic reports on marketing campaign performance and analyze KPIs.
- Research competitors, analyze pricing, offers, and market services.
- Develop strategies to attract new customers and enhance the digital customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support promotions and strengthen revenues.
- Organize marketing events and exhibitions for the company, when applicable.
- Initiate partnerships or promotional offers with relevant marketing platforms or applications.
- Monitor customer feedback and improve the companys digital reputation.
- Use digital marketing tools and email marketing for seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate with external advertising providers when needed.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
- Analyze high-demand geographic regions and collaborate with management to explore and open new markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing within the Cars rental sector or a similar field.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and paid advertising.
- Good understanding of customer behavior in the rental sector.
- Strong data analysis and marketing KPI evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Data analysis knowledge using Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to create simple materials.
- Strong content writing and marketing message development skills.
- Experience managing social media accounts and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing.
