Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute marketing campaigns for car rental services across digital platforms (Google Ads, social media platforms, etc.).
  2. Prepare marketing content for posts, advertisements, and promotional offers.
  3. Manage the companys social media accounts and engage with followers.
  4. Coordinate with designers and developers to produce attractive marketing materials.
  5. Prepare periodic reports on marketing campaign performance and analyze KPIs.
  6. Research competitors, analyze pricing, offers, and market services.
  7. Develop strategies to attract new customers and enhance the digital customer experience.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to support promotions and strengthen revenues.
  9. Organize marketing events and exhibitions for the company, when applicable.
  10. Initiate partnerships or promotional offers with relevant marketing platforms or applications.
  11. Monitor customer feedback and improve the companys digital reputation.
  12. Use digital marketing tools and email marketing for seasonal promotions.
  13. Coordinate with external advertising providers when needed.
  14. Carry out any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
  1. Analyze high-demand geographic regions and collaborate with management to explore and open new markets.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing within the Cars rental sector or a similar field.
  3. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and paid advertising.
  4. Good understanding of customer behavior in the rental sector.
  5. Strong data analysis and marketing KPI evaluation skills.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  7. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  8. Excellent in English.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  10. Data analysis knowledge using Google Analytics or similar tools.
  11. Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to create simple materials.
  12. Strong content writing and marketing message development skills.
  13. Experience managing social media accounts and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
  14. Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing.
