Logistic Operations Specialist


Job Description:

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.

Prepare and review shipping documents, customs paperwork, and other related documentation.

Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to forecast logistics needs.

Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.

Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics and suggest improvements.
