Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential buyers, tenants, or investors from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce real estate projects, property offers, and promotions to prospects.
- Qualify leads and gather customer requirements (budget, location preference, property type).
- Schedule site visits and forward interested clients to sales consultants or property advisors.
- Follow up with clients regularly to nurture interest and close deals.
- Maintain and update client information in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle basic customer objections and provide accurate information.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales departments to align messaging.
- Keep updated with real estate market trends, new listings, and company offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 23 years in telesales or call center roles (real estate industry preferred).
Skills:
- Excellent phone communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Good command of language (English ).
- Active listening and ability to identify customer needs.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and market is a plus.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and call tracking systems.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
