* Develop and enhance governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements.
* Conduct regular reviews and assessments of governance frameworks to identify areas
for improvement.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of existing governance controls and recommend
enhancements.
* Ensure documentation and reporting of governance activities to stakeholders.
* Support the team in preparing for audits and regulatory assessments.
* Participate in governance projects alongside regular responsibilities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
* Professional certificates: CGEIT, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, CRISC, CISA, or
CISM.
* 4+ years of experience in the governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) field,
preferably in the banking or financial sector in Saudi Arabia.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
