Digital Marketing Manager


Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the companys services, aligning it with corporate goals and customer needs.
Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget, analyzing ROI and channel effectiveness.
Lead and manage the digital marketing team (channel managers, content creators, designers, data specialists, automation specialists).
Oversee key digital channels: website/landing pages, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, social media marketing, email and marketing automation, digital content (articles, videos, infographics), and video marketing.
Optimize user experience across digital channels (UX, landing pages, engagement funnels), coordinating efforts between e-commerce, marketing, and service teams.
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs, develop competitive offerings, and improve conversion of leads into clients.
Measure performance and prepare regular reports: monitor KPIs, conversion rates, reach and engagement, and the growth of both organic and paid traffic.
Manage relationships with agencies and digital partners, ensuring the quality of digital materials, brand identity, privacy compliance, and digital standards.
Monitor digital trends and adopt the latest tools and technologies (marketing automation, data analytics) to improve efficiency and results.
Prepare periodic reports for senior management and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with direct experience in the services sector and leading a digital marketing team.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, digital advertising platforms, and marketing tools.

Experience in SEO/SEM, digital content, email marketing, and data analysis with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.

Strong understanding of performance measurement, data interpretation, and data-driven decision-making.
