We're Hiring: Architectural Lead (Marine) – PMC

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Lead (Marine) to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. This role is ideal for an architectural professional with extensive experience in marine and waterfront developments, who can lead design coordination, ensure technical excellence, and support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural review and coordination of marine and waterfront developments, including marinas, yacht clubs, terminals, and related facilities.
• Coordinate across architectural, marine, structural, infrastructure, landscape, and MEP disciplines.
• Review consultant design deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in design reviews, technical coordination meetings, and value engineering workshops.
• Monitor design progress and proactively identify potential risks and technical challenges.
• Evaluate constructability, operational functionality, and long-term maintainability.
• Review contractor technical submittals, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the construction phase.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
• Support project reporting, change management, and risk management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture, with a strong focus on marine, waterfront, marina, coastal, or large mixed-use developments.
• Previous experience with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Engineering Consultancy, or Property Developer is highly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural design, coordination, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
