  • Develop and implement the engineering procurement strategy in alignment with the company's overall plans, ensuring integration with production, maintenance, and project objectives.
  • Manage and lead the engineering procurement and warehouse teams to ensure efficient performance and achievement of productivity and quality KPIs.
  • Analyze the requirements of technical departments for materials and equipment, and carefully review technical specifications to ensure compliance with operational needs and approved standards.
  • Oversee the full procurement cycle from purchasing to delivery, receipt, and inspection, ensuring full compliance with company policies and quality systems.
  • Develop and maintain databases of local suppliers, and conduct periodic evaluations based on quality, delivery commitment, and cost.
  • Contribute to supply risk management by diversifying sourcing channels and establishing contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted supply.
  • Analyze procurement data and issue periodic performance and cost reports to support senior management decisions and improve spending efficiency.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives in procurement and inventory management by implementing modern electronic systems to enhance control and transparency.
  • Supervise storage policies and ensure that storage practices comply with safety and quality standards while optimizing the use of available space.
  • Participate in preparing annual procurement budgets and monitor actual spending against approved plans to control costs and achieve savings.
  • Develop procurement policies and standards in line with quality and governance systems, and train the team on their effective implementation.
  • Represent the department in negotiations and strategic contracts with key suppliers, ensuring the establishment of sustainable partnerships based on trust and mutual benefit.
