Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and selection
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Manage employee records and maintain HR databases (HRIS)
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
  • Address employee relations issues and assist in resolving workplace conflicts
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Support organizational change and employee engagement initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, health & safety regulations, and internal policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
