Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and selection
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases (HRIS)
- Administer employee benefits, leave, and payroll coordination
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
- Address employee relations issues and assist in resolving workplace conflicts
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Support organizational change and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, health & safety regulations, and internal policies
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
