Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Management – Mandatory

Master's degree in Project Management, Risk Management, or Engineering Management – Preferred

Extensive, proven experience in project risk management on large capital or infrastructure projects may substitute postgraduate studies

Required Courses / Certifications

Risk Management Professional (RMP) or equivalent – Mandatory / Strongly Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) – Advantage

Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) / Monte Carlo simulation – Advantage

Risk‑based decision‑making and governance workshops – Preferred
