Job Title: Senior Installer of Interior Decorative Films
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Installer of Interior Decorative Films to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in applying architectural surface films (wood, stone, metal, leather, textile, and other finishes) on various surfaces including furniture, walls, ceilings, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial interiors. This role requires precision, attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver premium quality installations while mentoring junior installers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the installation of high-quality interior decorative films on different substrates (wood, MDF, metal, glass, plastic, Marble, Tiles etc.).
- Supervise, train, and support a team of installers to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Conduct surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, or priming before application.
- Apply decorative films using professional tools, ensuring bubble-free, seamless, and durable finishes.
- Inspect completed work to guarantee adherence to project specifications and client requirements.
- Provide technical advice on the suitability of films for specific applications.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, clean work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation challenges effectively.
- Uphold company standards of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in installing interior decorative/architectural films (Bodaq, Creative Wrap, Cover Styl, 3M DI-NOC, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of film application techniques, including heat-forming, edge wrapping, and surface finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Physically fit to handle installation tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
- Valid drivers license is preferred.
- Age: 30+ years old (preferred, as per role seniority).
