Job Description:
Position Summary / Key Responsibilities】
- Find out potential business partners (Contact Center companies) in Egypt to set up Transcosmos Contact Center operations in Egypt.
- Work with Egyptian government and/or authorities to set up a new Transcosmos entity or a J/V in Egypt and obtain related business licenses / registrations.
- Set up contact center operations in Egypt in Transcosmos way by transferring knowledges and knowhows from other Transcosmos sites to the Egypt operations site.
- Work closely with Transcosmos executives in Japan HQ as well as management team in Transcosmos Hungary and Poland.
- Develop business strategy, and develop business plan and achieve the plan.
- All other duties as required
【Qualifications】
Bachelor Degree is required. Advanced Degree is preferable.
【Work Experiences】
- Minimum 10+ year experience in the Contact Center, CRM, or BPO industry in Egypt and preferably in EU countries.
- Experiences of CX (Customer Experience) related services, as value-added to Contact Center or Customer Support services, from hands-on operations to management.
- Experiences to work in multi-cultural environment across Europe / USA / Asia / China / Japan.
