Business Development Manager


Job Description:

Position Summary / Key Responsibilities

  • Find out potential business partners (Contact Center companies) in Egypt to set up Transcosmos Contact Center operations in Egypt.
  • Work with Egyptian government and/or authorities to set up a new Transcosmos entity or a J/V in Egypt and obtain related business licenses / registrations.
  • Set up contact center operations in Egypt in Transcosmos way by transferring knowledges and knowhows from other Transcosmos sites to the Egypt operations site.
  • Work closely with Transcosmos executives in Japan HQ as well as management team in Transcosmos Hungary and Poland.
  • Develop business strategy, and develop business plan and achieve the plan.
  • All other duties as required

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree is required. Advanced Degree is preferable.

Work Experiences

  • Minimum 10+ year experience in the Contact Center, CRM, or BPO industry in Egypt and preferably in EU countries.
  • Experiences of CX (Customer Experience) related services, as value-added to Contact Center or Customer Support services, from hands-on operations to management.
  • Experiences to work in multi-cultural environment across Europe / USA / Asia / China / Japan.
