Senior Sales & Business Development Executive


Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across multiple outsourcing services (Payroll, Recruitment, Accounting, Cybersecurity, AI, and Serviced Offices).

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify new leads, potential industries, and partnership opportunities.

  • Develop tailored sales strategies and proposals to address client needs.

  • Present and pitch services effectively to decision-makers and senior stakeholders.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.

  • Prepare accurate weekly/monthly sales reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in outsourcing services, HR, IT solutions, or professional services.

  • Strong knowledge of sales tools & navigators (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, lead generation platforms, etc.).

  • Experience in selling services (not products) with a track record of closing high-value deals.

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Strong understanding of the outsourcing and professional services market in Egypt and the region is a plus.
