Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Creating a 3D model on Revit for projects assigned Extracting and updating (if required)
- Complete shop drawings and quantities from model created on Revit
- Submittal of shop drawings and quantities with consultants\client representative.
- Quantity surveying for progress bills (clients \ contractors).
- Preparing and updating projects BOQs for clients \ contractors.
- Reviewing consumption and Execution according to project plan drawings and technical specs.
- analyzing any errors or mistakes and provide help to draw up a strategy to avoid them in the future.
- Participate in solving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during construction.
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the project consultant. Communicating with current contractors and suppliers for price offer\ contracts and search for new suppliers\contractors and regularly updating vendor list.
Requirements:
- Experience in Revit (structure \ architecture) is an advantage.
- Excellence in AutoCAD is a must.
- Excellence in Excel is a must
- Good communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering.
- Professional experience minimum 2 years in Technical Office and preferable in
water structure and swimming pools. - Professional English language.
- High organization skills and ability to prioritize and concurrently service
multiple projects. - Good knowledge of preparing BOQs including quantity surveying
