Education Requirements and Acceptable Alternatives

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Architecture) or Quantity Surveying – Mandatory
• Specialization in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management – Preferred
• Strong hands-on QS and cost management experience may substitute for formal specialization

• Less than 5 years: Not suitable

Important Note (Infrastructure):

• Strong experience in infrastructure quantities is critical
  (roads, utilities, networks, earthworks)
• Candidate must be strong in:

• Cost control at package level
