Senior Personnel Specialist


Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle personnel administration including employee files, contracts, and records in compliance with labor law.

  • Manage social insurance and medical insurance processes, ensuring accurate enrollment and timely updates.

  • Track employees attendance, leaves, and vacations while ensuring proper documentation.

  • Prepare and process employees onboarding and offboarding documentation.

  • Update and maintain HR systems and personnel databases.

  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and personnel data.

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

  • Prepare periodic personnel reports for management.

  • Coordinate with governmental authorities (Labor Office, Social Insurance, etc.) when needed.

  • Provide HR administrative support for internal staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Personnel or HR Administration.

  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and personnel regulations.

  • Very good command of English (written & spoken).

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR systems.

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
