Position Brief:

The Marketing Manager will lead the development, execution, and evaluation of

comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our companys vision, long-standing

reputation, and growth objectives in the Libyan market. This role requires a strategic thinker

with strong leadership skills, capable of managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and

ensuring our marketing initiatives are tailored to the unique dynamics of the local market.

The Marketing Manager will oversee the companys branding, digital presence, advertising

campaigns, events, and partnerships, while ensuring alignment with our companys

commitment to quality, reliability, and customer trust built over the years.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor annual marketing strategies to strengthen brand

positioning and achieve business goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

specific to the Libyan market.

Oversee the development of marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of

resources.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Supervise the creation of engaging and relevant content for social media and website.

Oversee the optimization of the companys website for engagement, lead generation,

and SEO performance.

Plan, launch, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional

channels.

Coordinate with marketing agencies and service providers to ensure campaign quality

and timely delivery.

Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.

Collaborate with other departments, to align marketing efforts with overall business

goals.

Plan and manage corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance

brand visibility.

Monitor campaign performance and analyse marketing data

Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing performance and market

development
