Job Responsibilities

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Scientific & Trading Company team
in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical aesthetics, cosmetic, or laser device
sales, with strong experience managing key accounts, achieving ambitious targets, and maintaining long-term
relationships with dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
This role requires a professional who combines scientific knowledge, commercial acumen, and leadership
capabilitiesto drive growth and expand market presence in Egypts rapidly evolving aesthetic industry.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, clinics, and
distributors.
- Present and promote premium laser and cosmetic technologies, demonstrating technical
knowledge and clinical benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to support business development.
- Oversee and maintain the companys CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and performance
metrics.
- Provide regular reports on sales achievements, forecasts, and key account performance.
- Train and motivate sales representatives to enhance their performance and ensure alignment with
company goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and regulatory teams to implement brand strategies and ensure
compliance.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and product demonstrations.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in sales of medical, cosmetic, or laser devices (dermatology or
aesthetic field).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and document sales targets and milestones.
Strong network with dermatologists and plastic surgeons across Egypt.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- High level of integrity, accountability, and self-motivation.

Working Conditions

Location: Based in Nasr City with a hybrid work model.

Hours: 8 working hours per day, 9am to 5pm.

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
