Education Requirements and Acceptable Alternatives

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, or equivalent) – Mandatory

Master's degree in Project Management / Construction Management – Preferred

Extensive hands‑on planning experience on large construction or infrastructure projects may substitute postgraduate studies

Required Courses / Certifications

Primavera P6 (Professional Level) – Mandatory

Planning & Scheduling professional training (baseline development, updates, progress measurement) – Mandatory

PMP (or working towards PMP) – Advantage

Delay Analysis / Claims‑oriented planning courses (EOT, forensic planning) – Preferred

Advanced Excel for planning and reporting – Preferred
