Senior Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration and commercial management for major engineering projects within a consultancy/PMC environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC and other standard forms.

Handle contractual claims, variations, change management, negotiations, and dispute avoidance.

Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks.

Review contractual documents and provide technical/commercial recommendations.

Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Lead contract-related activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Utilize AI-enabled tools for contract review, risk identification, document analysis, and process automation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

12–15+ years of relevant contract management experience.

Strong experience within engineering consultancy/PMC firms and major projects.

Experience in the field of engineering consulting is a must.

Previous experience in engineering consulting.

Extensive hands-on FIDIC experience.

Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with AI-enabled contract management tools is preferred.
