**Position Title: Tech Lead AI Solutions**
**Position Summary**We are seeking a highly skilled Tech LeadAI Solutions with strong technical expertise in both IT and AI development to lead and deliver innovative technology initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT and AI-driven projects.* Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical solutions.* Develop, test, and implement software applications and AI models as needed.* Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources.* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external partners.* Oversee project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.* Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards.* Monitor emerging AI and IT technologies and recommend strategic adoption.* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to development teams.* Conduct performance reviews and maintain quality standards for all project deliverables.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred).* Proven experience in IT project management combined with a strong technical background.* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.* Demonstrated hands-on expertise with AI platforms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, LangChain).* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).* Strong understanding of databases, API integrations, and automation tools.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Skills**
