This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, with travel to customer sites across Egypt. The
primary portfolio is Filtertechnik and Delta-Xero, and the role sells products, equipment
rentals, and service contracts to new and existing industrial customers.
This person will own technical and commercial sales pursuits, diagnose particle and water

handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of products, equipment rentals, and service contracts in line with
approved company targets.
- Build qualified pipeline across new and existing industrial accounts.
- Prospect, arrange site meetings, deliver technical presentations, and maintain
disciplined opportunity follow-up.
- Qualify the fuel type, contamination problem, tank or system arrangement, required flow,
operating environment, installation constraints, and customer acceptance criteria.
- Review available drawings, specifications, fuel-analysis results, and site information.
- Work with NATCOM and its technology partners to select and size the appropriate
filtration system, cartridge configuration, accessories, and service scope.
- Match the customer requirement to the right commercial route: product purchase,
equipment rental, or a defined service contract.
- Explain what the proposed solution addresses, installation and operating requirements,
and how performance will be evaluated.
- Support approved site surveys, demonstrations, commissioning activities, and customer
training.
- Prepare technically accurate scopes, quotations, tender responses, rental offers, and
service contract proposals.
- Confirm assumptions, exclusions, customer responsibilities, deliverables, and
acceptance criteria before submission.
- Build relationships with maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, procurement,
and management stakeholders.
- Progress opportunities through the customer's technical, commercial, and procurement
process.
- Hand over won orders cleanly to operations and service teams, then remain engaged
through delivery and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate opportunity stages, next actions, forecasts, and relevant market
feedback.
- Turn successful deliveries into repeat orders, rental opportunities, recurring service
contracts, account expansion, and approved customer references where possible.
