Job Summary:
The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services to meet the company's operational requirements. This includes developing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, controlling costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, lead, and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

Identify and source reliable suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

Manage supplier performance, including delivery, quality, and cost metrics.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure supply continuity.

Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities to reduce expenses.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, logistics) to understand procurement needs.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree or relevant certifications like CIPS, CPSM is a plus).
Experience:

5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.

Proven experience managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
