Commercial & Operations Specialist

Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated role holder to support our e-commerce commercial activities along with account bookkeeping and administrative functions. This cross-functional role is ideal for those who want exposure to sales strategy, partner/vendor coordination tracking, and operational efficiency within a dynamic online business environment. This role will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders in dynamic and agile environments.

Job Description 

Commercial Support

  • Assist the team in onboarding and managing sellers by using seller management portals.
  • Support campaign setup, tracking, and campaign sale performance monitoring.
  • Monitor category performance & target tracking using sales data.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for internal analysis and management.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and records, preparing regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Coordinate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service to achieve business objectives.

Account Bookkeeping & Administrative Tasks

  • Set up seller commission rates by using portals
  • Resolute settlement report & refund issue which related sellers in timely manners
  • Handle invoice preparation, reconciliation, account payable and receivable or expense claims and follow-up with Head Office finance team and external partners.
  • Processing daily, weekly, monthly transactional reports and other related accounting reports.
  • Contribute as administrative and operations support

Job Requirement 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Accounting background is a plus)
  • 2+ year related experience required
  • Strong attention to detail analytical skills and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (vlookup, pivot tables).
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
  • High working flexibility to drive the team goals.

Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
