Product Manager(Worker Remittance)

 Job Description:

Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for the integration, testing and implementation of worker remittance products as well as to assist development of innovative solutions in collaboration with international partners (MTO, Banks, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head of Product in implementing current and future Worker Remittance product strategies
  • Dealing with Remittance partners to ensure the smoother business collaboration by setting the reasonable commercial agreement between the parties.
  • Develop, test and maintain API integrations of worker remittance products to various delivery channels
  • Coordinate with IT and Software Integration team for product development and automation of existing services for operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with Worker Ops team to ensure the SOPs are in place and monitor for the accurate reconciliation.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Function on new product launch and internal communication
  • Provide necessary training to external and internal customer for the new products
  • Review customer feedback to ensure continued service improvement, identify future client needs, and enhance competitiveness
  • Business analysis and report to Head of Product, Business Unit Head and Management team

Job Requirements:

  • Any graduate (preferably in Business Management or Computer Science)
  • At least 3 years experience in banking and finance, payments, mobile banking or software integration
  • Previous experience in treasury management is preferable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work as a part of a team
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environmen
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented
