Worker Remittance Manager

 Job Description:

Job Purpose: The role holder is responsible for selling products and solutions that are geared towards client needs and to differentiate Foreign Remittance services from competitors offerings, and also contribute to revenue growth and maximizing profits in alignment with KBZs risk policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, originate, develop and maintain relationships with International remittance partners for foreign remittance service.
  • Engage with the Government Ministry and employment agencies to ensure that KBZ bank is in compliance with. Additionally, by collaborating with those stakeholders and ensuring the awareness of migrant workers on banking remittance channels.
  • Ensure the bank remittance knowledge are being shared with the potential migrant workers before they are departing the country.
  • Acquire and establish new relationships with potential international money transfer operators/clients on Foreign Remittance.
  • Working with the international money transfer operators and banks to establish the comprehensive marketing plan (Joint Marketing)
  • Set the goal for worker remittance business and able to do the budgeting (Financial and initiatives) in the future.
  • Provide necessary training to internal/external clients on Foreign Remittance services.
  • Set up the campaign for promoting the worker remittance services.
  • Ensuring that all international remittance revenues are claimed and booked accordingly.
  • Develop the report and analysis dashboard for the own business evaluation and insights for HOD and senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience in financial and payment industry
  • Experience in Biz Development (Mass Market Strategy)
  • Proficient English Language
