HRBP Support Officer

 Job Description:

This role belongs to the HR business partnering team and is responsible for supporting and working together with the HR Business Partner for the designated Businesses and Functions.

The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank's strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer onboarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion.

  • Support and work closely with HRBP for effective implementation of HR policies, and procedures to support the businesses and contribute to the overall bank strategy of driving nationwide financial inclusion;
  • Responsible for developing the skills required to effectively execute the day-to-day operations of the tasks assigned;
  • Follows established guidelines and procedures in identifying and resolving routine issues;
  • Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures, analyzing data, and preparing reports for the HRBP supporting Business (Personnel actions i.e. transfer, resignation, dismissal and deceased case and other disciplinary actions i.e. fraud, issue warning letter, etc.);
  • Builds productive and collaborative internal working relationships;
  • More experienced individuals would be expected to contribute to workflow or process change and redesign, and to exhibit a broader understanding of HR process/policies/ guidelines;
  • Run for the process of employees exits (e.g. Retirement, Resignation, Dismissal, etc.);
  • Update, and maintain the integrity of the defined database to support Business and Function;
  • Interview arrangements for the internal candidates and run an interview/ assessment for Junior level positions;
  • Onboarding process and support orientation for the new joiners
  • In addition to the primary responsibilities, the role holder will also be responsible for the other tasks assigned as the needs arise.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Any graduate preferred with 1-3 years experience in the HR field.
  • Strong MS Office and computer skills
  • Can communicate in English
  • Good attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
