Lead, Talent Acquisition
Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews and offers.
- Lead, motivate and develop the Talent Acquisition Specialists and Supports to ensure achievements of deliverables.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on talent acquisition assignments and strategies.
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
- Ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and talent requisitions are successfully closed in the stipulated time-frame.
- Attend all development programmes that are assigned to ensure maximum gain from the programme.
- Plan and execute talent attraction activities that are planned throughout the programme.
- Manage talent attraction via job advertisement, referral program, online job posting or other recruitment avenues.
- Comply to salary benchmark for respective positions.
- Manage cost of hiring per employee.
- Reduction of teams overtime cost in comparison to the previous financial year.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree(preferred from related Human Resources Management)
- Effective communication skills(proficiency in English and Myanmar) and the ability to interact with staff of all job levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Highly committed and result-oriented
- At least 5 years of solid recruitment and selection experience as a Lead
