Executive Assistant

 Job Description:

The position is responsible for tracking and enabling the setup of professional services to achieve desired service levels while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. The role holder is also responsible for supporting and overseeing the Bank's special projects and tasks under the direction of Head of Admin/DPS and assisting in performing various activities related to administrative, compliance, and internal affairs.

  • The person supports the delivery of programs and projects within the Admin/DPS Functions portfolio by working closely with the project teams throughout the project to ensure an efficient process is followed and to assist with the development, management, and implementation of business plans and products/services in special projects.
  • To work with the Deputy Function Heads to monitor the end-to- end processes for all programs and projects undertaken by the Deputy Function Heads in the Head of Admin/DPSs portfolio.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly team meetings of the pillars under DPS Portfolio to monitor project timeline and ensure that project is delivered on time and the project is effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of groups.
  • Support / prepare presentation report on the status of the projects of DPS for HOD present to MD/DCEO/CEO monthly/quarterly basic.
  • Provide project administrative support to the Business and Function Heads in larger cross-functional projects/programs such as assisting to facilitate project status meetings with project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the MD office team to track deviations and monitor delays in the program/project timelines by highlighting issues so that corrective/preventive action can be taken.
  • Supports MD and Function Head in developing service strategies and service quality targets to enhance positive customer experience and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Min 5 years of experience in Banking & Finance Sector.
  • Good command in English for both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage time, balance multiple tasks, and constantly work with changing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capability.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel 50 80% of the time
