  • Project Manageable in Digital Banking Platform and Solution , Consultant and Banking Domain Knowledge Experience
  • Perform PM role and able to work both hands-on dashboard build from confluence and presentation slides with seamless and automated access to various data points. Project Manageable skills in tools such as Jira like Project Manageable Tool.
  • Must be hands-on, excellent in communication, working smart and autopilot, self driven in getting things done, result oriented with min supervision. Excellent attitude and banking discipline, able to work in pressure and also willing to do extra and honest work.
  • Must have a strong and good relationship with colleagues, and stakeholders and must have a top/excellent record of work ethic and performance in the past.
  • To be managed related and solved problems in hands-on way for multiple portfolios such as Change request, Budget Control, Record Activities and Tracking, resource allocation to meet timeline and Cost save with Benefit.
  • Best in learning , self learning on tools and mindset of improving things, self driven do things to get things done.
  • To be adaptable and knowledge extensible for Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, resources planning and budget reallocation/control, change management, risks and issues and key KPI timeline.
  • Prepare overall implementation plan taking inputs from all stakeholders including technology, business, operations, regulators, vendor etc., and co-ordinate execution by respective owners.
  • Ensure that projects/programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities, including chairing project management working committee meetings and facilitating steering committee meetings.
  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.

Reporting & Government

  • Provide insights analyze from project tracking to propose to management
  • Weekly, Fortnightly, and Monthly Governance lead role to present the dashboard and Reporting to Project Director , Head of Technology and Senior Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain
  • Related professional/technical qualification
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and project management tools and its framework e.g. sprint planning, spring review, backlog grooming, etc
  • Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma or process re-engineering, transformation program.
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management related with a variety of solutions at Technology side ,well understanding on System Design and Architecture and IT experience with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving based
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II Certification is preferred.
  • Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication; expertise in setting and managing senior management expectations
  • Technical domain expertise is an advantage.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others; demonstrating empathy and knowledge of personality types and appropriate management techniques
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross -functional team to achieve project objectives, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain a high level of stakeholders trust and confidence.
  • Ability to managing multiple priorities simultaneously and perform well under pressure and tight timeline
  • Experience in managing/building high performing team, demonstrated experience and ability in successfully utilizing "soft skills" or "people skills"banking product background knowledge.
  • Experience and Knowledge on Business Domain knowledge in Retail Banking,Core Banking, Digital Banking, Deposits, Mortgage, Cards,etc.n experience particular Portfolio and Project management, and exposure to banking systems, products, operations, processes.
