Digital Learning Officer
Job Description:
- Effectively execute the business, functions, and branches strategically to continue learning plans based on the yearly training plan and initiate the training content idea to fill the gap between the businesss strategies and employees competency based on the learning need identified.
- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials, and upload the training video and materials on the Learning Management System.
- Be an administrator and monitor for Learning Academy Business email on behalf of the department.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure optimal functionality.
- To handle inward and outward letters relating to the digital learning team.
- Led and hosted a webinar, virtual meeting, and online training by Zoom meeting, collecting attendance, recording the content, arranging the Q&A session, and assisting the audience with any technology-related issue.
- Develop certification programs, courses, lessons, evaluation tests, quizzes, and feedback surveys on the Learning Management System.
- Communicating with HR and preparing the eLearning completion report and overall training report for all the eLearning courses.
- Record and monitor the overall training attendance data to provide the data analytics team.
- Arranging the online assessment and communicating with candidates.
- Other duties assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree in any field, prefer technology background
Technical
- Basic in Microsoft Office
Soft Skill
- Time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and Teamwork
- No prior experience is necessary in instructional design, e-learning development, educational technology, or related fields.
