Sales Manager

 Job Description:

The role holder has responsible to manage a team to discover and pursue new sales prospects to sell a variety of banking products to Businesses and Merchants. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the banks strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer onboarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion.

Effectively executes the Value Centres business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall banks strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion

  • To manage a team to discover and pursue new sales prospects to sell a variety of banking products to Businesses and Merchants
  • To set targets, address issues and support your team to discover and understand clients needs, propose banking solutions to address their needs and create overall client satisfaction
  • To guide the team to cross-sell or up-sell additional banking products and services
  • To develop the team to exhibit exceptional teamwork ability and have strong desire to grow and develop the team within the KBZ Bank Organization
  • Able to lead and manage a highly effective team
  • Maintain the teams overall sales pipelines and responsible for overall conversion rates.
  • Ensure strong teamwork to work with various other units and departments to address client needs
  • Provides sales report on timely basis.
  • Ensure regulatory adherence and compliance to Bank work ethics and guidelines.
  • To carry out any other duties or special project which may assign to you from time to time by Supervisor

Job Requirement

  • Obtained Bachelors Degree (preferred in Marketing/Business Administration)
  • Minimum 2-5 years working experience (preferred in Banking experience/background)
  • Proficient in English language
  • Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft office
  • Willing to work overtime, when needed, to complete the jobs in time and in good results
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Be willing to travel and meet new people.
  • Have good understanding of technology and its application
  • Have high self-motivation to succeed
